The body of a man of about 56 years old has been found on Tuesday morning in an apartment in Playa Blanca, where he allegedly received several stab wounds that caused his death.
The deceased belonged to a well-known business family in this tourist town of Yaiza. Specifically, his father owned a restaurant, and opened some apartments and a supermarket, which continue to operate today, in the name of the children.
The coroner, Civil Guard agents and judicial police officers have been moving to the area since noon this Tuesday. At around 7:00 p.m., the body was finally removed, after a day marked by the mutism of the security forces.
They saw him that same morning
According to the residents of the area, the victim was seen on the morning of this Tuesday having a coffee in a bar, although he later returned to the apartment. There, at around 11 o'clock, he was apparently found by a family member who was in charge of cleaning, and who was surprised to see the door open.
