ACN .- In recent days, officials attached to the Family Assistance Service (SAF) of the Arrecife de Lanzarote Police Station have arrested and brought to justice five people as alleged perpetrators of a crime of mistreatment in the family environment. The five arrested, all of them men, are residents of the capital and are between 19 and 38 years old.
The agents also arrested G.P.G, a native of Güímar (Tenerife) and a resident of Arrecife, 47 years old, mother of one of the accused who tried to forcibly prevent the arrest of her son by attacking the officials of the Police Station and uttering insults and threats. The agents were able to verify that the detainee has a history of crimes against property, threats and drug trafficking.
