Two people had to be assisted by the health services after the collision of a taxi and another vehicle in Playa Blanca.
The accident occurred at the corner between Austria and Ireland streets in the tourist town, according to the Lanzarote Emergency Consortium.
Local Police officers, firefighters and an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service went to the scene.
One of the occupants of the taxi was transferred by SUC ambulance to a health center after suffering an anxiety attack and the driver of the other car also went to the health center voluntarily.
The firefighters were in charge of cleaning the road that was full of plastics, glass and oil.
