The firefighters of the Emergency and Security Consortium of Lanzarote have come this Sunday to Congrio beach due to the detachment of rocks. The Security Councilor of the Yaiza City Council, Javier Camacho, has notified the Consortium so that the firefighters would move and analyze the area.
"A large rock has fallen and the tourists who were in the area have been alarmed and have called us," Enrique Espinosa explained to La Voz. "Once the firefighters have moved to the cove, they have marked off the area and now it will be the technicians of the Yaiza City Council who will come tomorrow Monday to analyze and assess the situation," added the Manager of the Consortium.
