Firefighters had to put out a fire in a palm tree on Friday afternoon in the Los Alonso neighborhood.
According to the Security and Emergency Consortium, the incident occurred in the area behind the Ferretería Tías de Arrecife. Once the firefighters arrived, they verified that it affected the heart of the palm tree and proceeded to extinguish the flames with pulverized water.
Agents of the Local Police and the National Police also went to the place.
