Two units of firefighters had to go this Monday to the Parrado ravine area, in the municipality of Yaiza, after receiving a notice that there was a group of people "lost and exhausted."

Upon arriving at the place, they found four adult tourists who were doing a bicycle route with two children. According to the Emergency Consortium, when they located them, they told them that "they were fine" and that "all they needed was water."

However, the firefighters transferred them to the Playa Blanca road, where the bicycle rental company staff was, who was in charge of taking them to the hotel where they are staying.
