A fisherman has reported around nine o'clock this Sunday the presence of an empty boat stranded on the rocks near the Pechiguera Lighthouse. Agents of the Local Police, the Civil Guard and members of Civil Protection have moved to the place and found the boat stranded in the rocky area and with the engine broken.
The Local Police of Yaiza also found clothes scattered in nearby places where the boat was found. The members of Civil Protection with the help of a crane removed the boat from the coast.The number of occupants of the boat and the time of arrival is unknown.
