The Investigating Court number one of Arrecife has opened preliminary proceedings against the accused of assaulting four agents of the National Police on October 20 in a house in Arrecife.

The case is awaiting the forensic doctor to determine the extent of the injuries that the allegedly attacked law enforcement officers may have suffered. Therefore, a standard procedure will be opened for an injury offense that will be judged later. This was reported by the Court's Communication Office to La Voz.

Meanwhile, the potentially dangerous dog (ppp) that attacked the agents, a passerby, and a seven-year-old child was transferred to the Animal Welfare area of the Arrecife City Council. For the moment, the Court must still clarify whether the animal belongs to the investigated or his partner.

In the case of the seven-year-old, the Investigating Court has offered his family to take actions to claim for the aggression through civil proceedings.

The man was also tried in a quick trial for threatening his uncle, and the Chamber has imposed a restraining order and a fine. Meanwhile, neither his mother nor his ex-girlfriend wanted to proceed with the threat proceedings.
