A 55-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman have been slightly injured in a traffic accident that occurred on the Vía Medular, in Arrecife. Apparently, this vehicle collided with another, which had already left the scene when the agents arrived.
The 112 received an alert at 10:25 a.m. reporting an accident between two vehicles, on the descent from the Arrecife Courthouse, in the direction of the San Francisco Javier roundabout.
Paramedics from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) went to the scene with an ambulance and attended to the two injured people. The man presented with mild cervicalgia and the woman with multiple contusions, also mild.
Both have been transferred to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital, according to the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) 112 of the Government of the Canary Islands.
