A 28-year-old man has been injured after crashing his vehicle into a lamppost on the Vía Medular in Arrecife. The incident occurred at approximately 6:00 p.m. this Friday.
Once the CECOES was alerted to the accident, agents from the Local Police, the Emergency Consortium, and a basic life support ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service were dispatched to the scene.
The healthcare personnel assisted the affected individual and he was transferred by ambulance to Molina Orosa.
The firefighters cleaned the road and disconnected the lamppost, placing it in a safe location. For their part, the Local Police regulated traffic.
