A 20-year-old young man has been injured with moderate leg injuries after falling into the Quíquere Ravine.
At approximately 7:38 p.m. this Monday, the Cecoes received an alert reporting that a person needed medical assistance after falling from several meters high into a ravine in Puerto del Carmen.
The Security and Emergency Consortium, Civil Protection, a basic life support ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service, and the Local Police have been dispatched to the scene.
The firefighters, along with Civil Protection, rescued the affected individual. The medical personnel have assisted the injured young man and transferred him to Molina Orosa Hospital.
The Local Police have collaborated with the rest of the emergency resources.
