The Craft and Commerce Area of the Cabildo de Lanzarote has promoted crafts as a "symbol of Canarian culture" through five training workshops in different trades. This project is part of the program of events developed for Canary Islands Day.

These activities will take place on May 29 and 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the Plaza de los Artesanos, located in the Casa Museo al Campesino.

The Councilor for Crafts, Aroa Revelo, invites all interested people to participate in these workshops and discover the different modalities that make up the art of crafts. "This is an excellent opportunity to learn about our artisan traditions, promoting the cultural heritage of Lanzarote," she highlights.

These workshops provide a platform to learn traditional craft techniques directly from experts in each field. Registration is now open and places are limited.
