The contractor Ángel Ramón Tejera, known as "Mon", will be tried on July 5 in the Criminal Court number 1 of Lanzarote for an alleged crime against the Public Treasury. The hearing will be held at 9.30 am.

This is the second judicial summons, after being postponed for the first time in April this year due to the incompatibility of one of the lawyers, as they had a prior appointment in another body.

In addition to being investigated in the Cuarteles case, a case opened in Madrid, the Las Palmas Prosecutor's Office investigated Ángel Ramón Tejera this time for an alleged crime of tax fraud committed through his company Angrasurcor SL. As part of this anti-fraud operation, the amounts invoiced for work at the Civil Guard Headquarters of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Alicante or Algeciras were inspected.
