Jordi Roca will be at the XI edition of the Saborea Lanzarote Enogastronomic Festival

On November 23 and 24, the Villa de Teguise will host, once again, the best of island and regional gastronomy, as well as that of other territories of the Mid-Atlantic

The organization of the Saborea Lanzarote Enogastronomic Festival is preparing the details of its eleventh edition. On November 23 and 24, the Villa de Teguise will host, once again, the best of island and regional gastronomy, as well as that of other territories of the Mid-Atlantic and invited destinations. In this space, they can also be inspired by the knowledge of international cuisine references.

As a main novelty, a new payment method will be implemented, through cashless bracelets. This modality, which will coexist with the traditional ticket sales system, will speed up the processes and offer alternatives to users who wish to do so. More information will be provided soon on the collection of bracelets and the details of this system.

The Saborea Lanzarote Enogastronomic Festival is mainly organized by the Cabildo de Lanzarote, Tourist Centers and Teguise City Council.

The gastronomic offer, with the expected participation of more than 120 exhibitors that will make up the Gastromarket, also incorporates succulent novelties. There will be a artisan bread workshop, as well as a Liquid Gastronomy Classroom (cocktails), and the Burger Fest, a space specialized in the preparation of hamburgers with a local touch.

Regarding the poster, Lanzarote will be visited by renowned chefs such as Jordi Roca (Celler de Can Roca), Diego Guerrero (DSTAgE) and Eduard Xatruch, from Disfrutar, named the best restaurant in the world.
