Behind Patrón is Moncho Neira, founder of a national group of restaurants that have managed to captivate the palate of their diners by approaching traditional Spanish cuisine from an innovative perspective.

As in the other Moncho’s projects, the restaurant Patrón includes quality fish and seafood in its dishes, which are purchased in the fish markets themselves.

Apart from suggesting dishes typical of Mediterranean cuisine, Patrón also provides services typical of a gastrobar and a cocktail bar. In this way, the restaurant manages to establish itself as a multi-purpose environment, capable of adapting to the gastronomic and recreational needs of its customers.

It is ideal, therefore, for family meals, company dinners and celebrations with friends. In addition, the gastrobar offers a selection of tapas that fuse traditional national ingredients with Asian options, cooked using the Japanese robata technique, which consists of preparing meats and fish on a charcoal grill.
