The Economic Thought Forum of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, which will be held on the 28th at the Meliá Salinas Hotel, in Costa Teguise, has launched its website [forodepensamientoeconomico.com->http://www.forodepensamientoeconomico.com/]. Through this website, the celebration of the first edition of this forum can be spread and give continuity to the activity between sessions.

"The new website is conceived not only as a means of disseminating the celebration of the event, but also as a tool to make available to the general public the conclusions of the work of the panel of experts," said Alfredo Villalba, spokesman for the Lanzarote Business Circle.

The website will evolve after the celebration of the first forum, focusing on the dissemination of relevant economic information and analysis that complements and extends the work done in the first session over time.

This first edition will feature the presence of former minister Miguel Sebastián; Juan José Toribio, advisor to AEB; José Carlos Díez, chief economist of Intermoney for nine years and author of the editorial success "There is life after the crisis"; Manuel Balmaseda, chief economist of Cemex, a leading multinational in construction materials; and Paloma Taltavull, accredited professor of the Department of Applied Economic Analysis. The main moderator of the day will be John Müller, deputy director of the newspaper El Mundo.
