Inalsa is launching a competition for a human resources deputy director position after presenting an ERE for 42 workers. The judicial administrators of Inalsa have launched a public competition for a human resources deputy director position after presenting an employment regulation file in the Mercantile Court number 1 of Las Palmas that will affect 42 workers and aims to save 2.5 million per year.

The position was first offered as an internal promotion within the company, but none of the workers met the required profile. It requires having a university degree suitable for the position, and postgraduate or master's courses related to human resources are also valued.

The hired person would assume responsibility for the company's human resources department and would also be in charge of coordinating occupational health and safety, relations with the works council and collective bargaining, as well as representing the company and legal direction in legal proceedings related to its activity.

Despite the ERE, it is not the only personnel movement within the company, which has a debt of forty million. The administrators informed the works council of their intention to regularize the situation of José Adán Cabrera, who entered the company as an advisor to the councilor Plácida Guerra, through a commercial relationship and who did not cease in his position when the councilor ceased, like the rest of the advisors. He belongs to the administration department.

Manager

On the other hand, the administrators also appointed a manager last January to the person who was already acting as manager. The appointment ensured that he was a provisional manager, although Manuel a Armas officially appointed him in July 2009 when he chaired the company's board.

Armas appointed Pedro Martín Roncero, who was head of the purification department, as manager. Later, already acting as the top manager, the company's organizational plan promotes this worker to director of quality, a department that did not exist, and subsequently he is re-appointed as manager by the judicial administrators despite already being so and without knowing if the vacancy he leaves has been filled.
