A traditional Mediterranean menu prepared with the latest technologies

Its specialty is Mediterranean food, mainly Greek. They use the latest techniques for the preservation, preparation and packaging of their dishes. In addition to conventional ovens (coal and convection) they have a Josper charcoal oven, a machine that combines grill and oven and has become an indispensable tool for big names in the kitchen such as Raymond Blanc and Martín Berasategui, among others.

In their kitchen, not only the best meats and fish are carefully chosen, but also the best spices, ingredients of great importance when it comes to seasoning and finishing their dishes. Its owner Sebastyan Nechifor also places special emphasis on the training of his team and on periodically updating their knowledge.

Its à la carte menu is extensive and includes among its cold starters the Mezzes, delicious combinations of 10 servings for two people (€30) that include Tzatziki, Taramosalata, Hummus and eggplant pate, among others. This option is only served between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Special mention should be made of its leg of lamb, roasted for 3 and a half hours, as well as its suckling pig (macerated with 6 different spices), both available by order and also to take away, vacuum packed.

The Winery

For more than three years, Sebastyans has been committed to creating a winery that houses some of the best wines from the Canary Islands, Europe and the New World. The winery contains around 450 references between red, white, sweet, sparkling wines, cavas, champagnes and millesimatos from approximately 200 wineries. These wines can be purchased as a gift for this Christmas or also to consume in the restaurant, the uncorking price is €10.

Sebastyans opens from 1:00 p.m. except Thursdays when it closes for rest. It is recommended to book in advance on 928 349 679 or at [email protected].
