The company from Lanzarote Cofalanz wants to take advantage of these special dates to especially thank its customers for their loyalty and also to wish a Merry Christmas and a very prosperous new year to the people of Lanzarote.
“Since we started in this business, we have always been clear that a vocation for service and humility were key to success”, says Andrés Falero, founder and owner of the company. In just over a decade, they have managed to have a portfolio of nearly a thousand clients, spread throughout the island's geography.
Among its clients there are from nightclubs, restaurants to food stalls, and all are treated equally. “When a client has a problem, we look for the solution above all else. Helping our clients generates enormous happiness for me that fills me with vitality” explains Andrés, who always insists on the values of humility and perseverance and who accredits an unwavering vocation for work throughout these years.

Starting from the age of 18
This businessman began working at a very early age as a sales representative for the distribution giant Osborne. “From them I learned that you can grow without losing that familiar human identity that the mythical bull brand has always had”. Later he made a name for himself with the sales records he was achieving, and decided to start his own business. “My suppliers accompanied me on the difficult road of the company's birth, and this is something that I have always carried within me. Helping as I was helped, regardless of how big or humble the client may be, has been the model. You have to be with people, I never know how to say no to a client, sometimes I have to fulfill a Sunday, but even if it's hard it fulfills me as a person”, details Andrés Falero.
Key advice
From Cofalanz they intend to give added value to all those who trust the company. Therefore, when someone wants to come to buy drinks or other products, “we do not make the shopping list for them, but rather we try to advise them by understanding their needs and advising each business on what suits them best. I have learned something in this job over 38 years but I also learn every day from my clients”, explains Andrés Falero.
From Cofalanz they know that setting up a company and consolidating it is very difficult and, therefore, they share the challenge with their clients: “There are very good people, we must support each other”.
