Godoy points out that this situation has worsened after the time change. "Public lighting should respond to these phenomena," he insists. Therefore, he assures that in Playa Blanca there are "children's parks without children due to the few lights of some absent-minded person, who either does not have children who play in the parks or has not noticed that the time has changed."
