"It is outrageous that in the Guatiza bathing area we have been with the bins full of garbage for more than 15 days and the City Council has not deigned to clean them." This is the complaint of Iván Paino, who also criticizes the citizens who leave their bag in the bin, even though it is overflowing.
"More bags keep being put on top, which fall, open and all the garbage comes out. With the wind, the cove is filled with dirt", criticizes this man, who believes that there should be "more control" by the Teguise City Council.
"And more civic-mindedness on the part of some beach users. By taking the bag home if they see that the bin is full, problem solved", he says.
