After three months, the broken cable box on Cid Campeador street in Arrecife, in the San Francisco Javier neighborhood, "is still the same". This is according to a resident of the area, who already reported its condition to La Voz de Lanzarote more than a month ago, after realizing that it had been broken for "seven or eight weeks" without being repaired. After this time, he emphasizes that "no one has gone to fix it".
This concrete cover covers a telephone cable box and is located on a sidewalk. A few weeks ago, this Arrecife resident noticed that there was a hole and, worried that a pedestrian might get hurt, made the situation public. "Now it's even bigger, people can't even walk on that sidewalk anymore," he laments.
According to him, this Tuesday he contacted the Local Police to notify them of the existence of this hole and the agents assured him "that they would notify maintenance" of the telephone company that owns the wiring.
