A reader has sent a complaint to the section "You also do La Voz", in which he tells how dozens of people spend the whole day "lying" in the Civil Registry waiting for their turn. José relates it like this:

"22.30 hours. Third night almost without sleep. At the door of the Civil Registry at this moment there will be about 100 people. The previous days there were probably more. All lying on the floor, because of the hours they have been waiting. They do not respect the people who live right there.

They throw garbage on the floor, they speak very loudly. I understand and respect their wait but, why don't they respect that there are people who have to sleep to get up at 6.00 am to work? Surely it is not their fault, but a very bad organization by the corresponding body.

It seems inhuman to me that people have to be outdoors for so many hours. That is a degrading treatment. Let someone with a little common sense come to Aragón street, see and listen".
