A reader has contacted La Voz de Lanzarote to ask for help in the search for "Sure", a Yorkshire that was lost last Sunday in El Islote around 5:30 p.m..
The owner of the pet, who was not at home at the time of the event, points out that "Sure" was able to escape after leaving through a "small hole in the garden" that her home has. After that, according to neighbors, the dog was rescued from being run over by a young woman in a white van, who they have not seen again. "She probably thought she was abandoned," the reader details.

The neighbor is very worried since the animal, "needs medication". She also adds that "she is very nervous, fearful and distrustful, she only moved with me". On the other hand, she has indicated that both the authorities and animal protectors have been warned of the disappearance of the Yorkshire.
According to the reader, "Sure is a very beautiful Yorkshire, about 12 years old, she is missing some teeth and has a chip." If you find the pet, the contact telephone number is 685 805 566.
