For the second consecutive year, El Reducto beach in Arrecife hosts the traditional wrestling match of the San Ginés festivities. Two teams from Lanzarote will compete on the beach sand. On an improvised wrestling ground, the members of both teams will try to put on a good show, in a fight that will serve as an appetizer for what is expected with the start of the official competitions.
Kiren González will be one of the great attractions of the wrestling match that will be held on the afternoon of this Saturday on El Reducto beach. The wrestler from Las Manchas returns to his native island and where many fans saw him born as a fan. Kiren González has had a good season in the palmero team.
Agustín Mayor, Pedro Hernández "Pepi", Aitor Lorenzo, Andrés Carmelo Guillén, Raúl Mayor, Yeray Mayor, Octavio Perera, are some of the wrestlers who will be in one and another combined. The teams will be led by the commanders of CL Guadarfía Arrecife and CL Tao.
The wrestling match will begin at 6:00 p.m. in El Reducto and can be followed live through Dos de Televisión Canaria. A wrestling match organized by the Lanzarote Federation of Canarian Wrestling and the Department of Sports of the Arrecife City Council.
