The Haría City Council presented the trophies of the Haría Music Run Night to the winners of the different sports modalities, in a race held last Saturday at La Garita Beach, and which had more than 400 participants.
Javier Martinez Fernández, Jorge Hernández González and Rayco Hernández Morales climbed to the podium of the 7.5 kilometers male modality; while the female was composed of Cristina Molina Rodríguez, Marta Gil González and Rosa Castellano Rivera.
The winners of the four kilometers category were Hugo Pérez Robayna, José Ángel Lemes Clavijo and Samuel Lariño; and in the female modality, María José Pina Alonso, Zaira Machado Betancort and Atasa Henriquez Santana.
Finally, the winners of the 1.6 kilometers were Daniel Guerra Gutierrez, Akoran Rodríguez Hernandez and Nicolas Hernandez; while the winners were Lucia Martín Knoll, Lorena Martín Knoll and Karuna Martín Arada.
Mayor Alfredo Villalba pointed out the great success of the event, "which brought together hundreds of people between athletes and visitors." In this line, he congratulated the winners of the different categories, "for dominating in the results and for contributing to filling the streets of the municipality with athletics."
In addition, he thanked the work carried out by the staff of the Haría City Council and the sponsorship of Turismo Lanzarote, "which made possible the development of this important competition, taking the values of competition and sport from Arrieta to Punta Mujeres."
For his part, the Councilor for Sports, Alberto de León, highlighted "the dedication, effort and discipline of the people who participated. The Haría Music Run Night has been a sporting event, but also a moment of leisure and fun, in which we have been able to enjoy a healthy competition," he added.
