The match between UD Gran Tarajal and UD Lanzarote, corresponding to the 5th matchday of the Las Palmas group of the Third Division, will not be played at noon this Sunday, because the red-and-white team has not been able to travel first thing in the morning due to a breakdown in the boat that was supposed to take them to the Corralejo dock, in Fuerteventura.

UD Lanzarote was scheduled to travel on the 09:00 Naviera Armas boat, and the members of the squad, and the approximately 50 fans who were planning to accompany the team in the match against UD Gran Tarajal, traveled to the Playa Blanca dock.

Upon arrival at the dock, UD Lanzarote was informed that the boat had suffered a problem in the bow thruster, a breakdown that would prevent the boat from leaving the Playa Blanca dock until the breakdown was resolved. In addition, the boat of the other shipping company that operates between the two islands could not perform the attack maneuver because the dock was occupied.

Given this situation, UD Lanzarote has contacted the local club and the Inter-Island Football Federation of Las Palmas, notifying them of the problem that occurred and the impossibility of traveling to Fuerteventura to play the match scheduled for 12:00 noon against UD Gran Tarajal.
