The Yaiza City Council has launched a public tender for the drafting of the project to build the new library and socio-cultural center of Playa Blanca. This plot is located in Montaña Roja, next to the school and CEO of the southern town, where the Administration plans to erect a two-story building with a useful area of 970 square meters.
In this space it is estimated that the rooms corresponding to the municipal library will be distributed, including a multimedia room, an auditorium, administrative area, meeting room, multipurpose room, warehouses and deposits.
Companies interested in this contracting, whose base bidding budget reaches 74,000 euros, have until November 20 to submit their offers, always adjusting the execution project to the provisions of the existing basic project, as well as the guidelines indicated by the City Council.
The execution project must specify sufficient information to make the execution of the library viable, defining all materials, construction systems, equipment and specific furniture intended for the reference building.
The municipal conditions determine that once the actions to be projected have been defined, and after agreeing on them with the person responsible for the contract designated by Yaiza, public dissemination days will be carried out, in order to publicize the actions to residents of the municipality.
