Red Tributaria de Lanzarote will move this Friday, September 6, to La Graciosa so that the residents of the eighth island can carry out their tax procedures.
“Between 09:00 and 13:30, the residents of La Graciosa will be able to go to the municipal offices of La Graciosa to carry out procedures such as the payment of taxes or the fractionation and personalized payment plans”, explains the councilor, María Jesús Tovar.
The councilor emphasizes that it is essential that all residents, both from Lanzarote and La Graciosa, “know the voluntary period and have the same possibilities to pay their taxes.”
The councilor recalls that the voluntary period for the payment of municipal taxes and fees, such as the Real Estate Tax (IBI), the garbage collection fee or the circulation tax, is until September 20, the same date that the corresponding payment letters are valid.
“Citizens may request an appointment through the Red Tributaria website, and may pay the amounts at any of the Red Tributaria offices in Lanzarote”, adds Tovar.
On the other hand, María Jesús Tovar also reminds citizens that they have the possibility of direct debiting receipts, thus having a 5% discount on the total amount.
