The councilors of the PSOE of Haría have denounced the non-appearance of the Councilor of Finance, Fernando Fontes Dorta, of the Platform of the Municipality of Haría, in the approval of the municipal budget in the plenary session this Wednesday.
“Budgets that, as well as being bad, are obscure budgets, as they have not had a detailed and conscientious explanation of what is intended with the most important document of the year for a public administration, which is why we are surprised by their approval in these circumstances,” denounce the socialist councilors.
“Despite how bad these budgets are, an increase in the item for State transfers is contemplated, which increases significantly, proof of the Sánchez government's commitment to local corporations,” they add from the PSOE.
However, for the PSOE councilors, this budget “does not contemplate the tax revisions required by law”, or simply, “leaves the unions out of the budget negotiation”, since they assure that “they have not convened at the general negotiation table”.
“On the other hand, the 600,000 euros from the addendum to the Cueva de Los Verdes ruling finally appear as a commitment also from the socialist party in the Cabildo Insular of Lanzarote”, defends the PSOE spokesperson in Haría, Alfredo Villalba.
“Once again, CC and PMH show us that they are incapable of governing the municipality, which, as everyone knows, lacks leadership, and this budget and the way it is approved is another example. Haría deserves something better”, concludes Alfredo Villalba.
