Apart from the controversy over the change in the organization of Miss Lanzarote, this Tuesday the 17 candidates who will compete for the title of beauty have been presented. For the first time, the chosen setting has been the Assembly Hall of the Municipal Historical Archive. There they posed before the cameras and flashes in order to begin to conquer those present and demonstrate their qualities. The mayor of Arrecife, Enrique Pérez Parrilla, and the Councilor for Festivities, Miguel Ángel Ferrer, attended the event.
The decisive event will be this Wednesday. The Gala, directed by the official organization of Miss Spain, will be held at the Arrecife Fairgrounds at 9:30 p.m. Almas Gemelas and Walter will provide the musical note to the election of Miss Lanzarote 2007.
The names of the 17 candidates chosen this year are: María del Mar Perera Camejo, Desiree Rodríguez Fuentes, Marta Cabrera Valido, Elena María Martínez Pérez, Noelia García Ascensión, Virginia Téllez Romero, Nina Martínez Adrover, Dalia Elena Morales Arráez, Irene Viñol Alfonso, Soraya Santana Curbelo, Laiene Erauzquin Hernando, Cristina Luna Zacharias López, Jill Gina Becker, Tahyna González Santana, Verónica Perdomo Camacho, María Sara Falero Martín and Lourdes Brito Camacho.
