In the meeting held on Wednesday, the Local Committee of Tías expressed its support for the mayor José Juan Cruz Saavedra in the government reshuffle he carried out in the town hall, of which he declared that "he trusts that with the changes introduced, efficiency will be gained and municipal management will be improved." The Committee emphasizes that the changes have been "sufficiently studied to adapt the profiles of the different councilors to their respective areas, after this year and a half of experience in which the new councilors have learned about the municipal reality."
Likewise, the Local Committee rejected the placing at the disposal of the position
of the councilor of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Juan Félix Eugenio, proposed
by this group for its inclusion in the socialist candidacy headed by Manuela Armas, as well as showing him their support and confidence in the governing body of the Local Group of Tías.
