The Cabildo launches a "business consolidation" program for SMEs and the self-employed

'Crece Mejorando' includes free training days "by qualified and expert people in business models, financial education or digital marketing, among other subjects"

The Cabildo of Lanzarote, through the Employment area managed by Nerea Santana, has launched the business consolidation program 'Crece Mejorando' aimed at thirty SMEs and self-employed workers on the island.

“This is a program that offers free group workshops and tutorials with the aim of helping small and medium-sized companies, as well as the self-employed who participate, to improve their business knowledge, their communication strategies and professional tools and thus achieve a better position in the market in these tremendously difficult times that we are experiencing,” says Nerea Santana.

The Employment Councilor adds that “this new initiative includes training days by qualified and expert people in business models, financial education or digital marketing, among other subjects.”


Workshops

These business training days will be held on November 3, 4 and 5 in the Assembly Hall of the Cabildo of Lanzarote. Thus, next Tuesday, November 3, the first two workshops "Business Base and Financial Education" will take place, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., by Noelia Gil Loeff, co-founder of the creative studio Melon Blanc, expert in communication and mentor of entrepreneurs; and the workshop "Branding and the image of the brand", by Isabel Gil Loef, expert in graphic design and co-founder of the creative studio Melon Blanc.

On Wednesday, November 4, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the expert in marketing, business and sales, Patricia Carrasco will offer her workshop "Digital Marketing and Branding", while the economist and creator of the Emotional Financial Education system, Vanessa Marrero will develop her workshop "How to achieve economic tranquility". On Thursday, November 5, also in the afternoon, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the different group mentoring sessions will take place.

Those interested in participating in this business consolidation program must fill out a registration form from the Cabildo website and send it to the email address areadeempleo@cabildodelanzarote.com. Admission will be made in strict order of registration, as places are limited.
