The mayor of Haría, Alfredo Villalba, accompanied by the first deputy mayor, Evelia García, received the Deputy Minister of Administrations and Transparency of the Government of the Canary Islands, Antonio Llorens, on his tour of the municipalities of Lanzarote.
Alfredo Villalba valued the visit of Councilor Antonio Llorens to the municipality as a good way to maintain synergies between both entities. "We had the opportunity to publicize some of the actions that we are developing from the Corporation in this area and to have your point of view to advance in some actions," explained the mayor.
This meeting allowed us to directly explore the reality of the town councils in several key aspects of the public function, including the local regime, the public function, telecommunications, information and communication technologies, as well as modernization and administrative simplification.
From the City Council they appreciate the visit of the Deputy Minister and his willingness to learn about the initiatives and projects that are being developed in the municipality and continue working in a coordinated manner between both administrations.
