The Haría City Council takes another step in its commitment to inclusion and accessibility, incorporating a sign language interpreter service in the plenary sessions, which are broadcast through its YouTube channel.

With this measure, it seeks to ensure that people with hearing problems can follow and participate in the debates and decisions that are made within the municipal plenary.

The mayor of Haría, Alfredo Villalba, highlights that "citizen participation is fundamental, which is why it is essential that residents with hearing difficulties can also access the information generated in the plenary sessions." "We will continue working to make the municipality an accessible place for citizens," he concludes.

In addition to live broadcasts, the videos will be available on the City Council's YouTube channel, which will allow users with hearing disabilities to watch them again whenever they wish.
