The Arrecife City Council has received the renovation work on the soccer field of CD Orientación Marítima, in the capital's Las Salinas neighborhood.
Pérez received this Monday, at the Mayor's Office of the capital's Consistory, the president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, María Dolores Corujo, and the Minister of Sports, Alfredo Mendoza, proceeding to sign the work reception certificate.
The conditioning works have had a budget of 250,761.36 euros, and although the interventions began in 2019, it was not until the beginning of this 2023 that the work was completed.
In Monday's meeting, in addition to agreeing to the reception of the work, the mayor of Arrecife raised with the president "some of the municipal demands, such as the urgent need to intervene in the sanitation of the Charco de San Ginés area", they point out from the Consistory. In addition, the mayor has asked the Cabildo of Lanzarote for "speed in the procedure to restore, as soon as possible, the Plaza Las Palmas in the capital", concludes the City Council.
