The Department of Sports of the Arrecife City Council has reported that the list of sports entities that are eligible for sports subsidies and must correct some documentation is published on the electronic headquarters of this Institution.
The mayor Yonathan de León recalls that his priority is to ensure that these subsidies, which are granted by the City Council, can reach the clubs as soon as possible, which do a great job for the practice and promotion of sports on the Island. The mayor emphasizes that the regulations establish the steps to be followed by applicants for public subsidies so that they can be granted.
The councilor Eli Merino details to all sports clubs, and their directives, to consult this list to verify the situation of their subsidy, and if they must provide any specific document.
The Sports Area, after examining the applications for Competitive Competition Subsidies season 2022/2023 for schools and sports entities of the Arrecife City Council, informs the Clubs, in the table that is inserted on the website of the electronic headquarters of the City Council, of the lack or deficiencies in the documentation that must accompany the application, requiring them in accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, as well as the Bases that govern this call (BOP Las Palmas n. 121 of October 6, 2023).
The City Council has opened the urgent processing of the procedure, so that within a period of FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS, counted from the day following the publication of this announcement, the documentation indicated is corrected or provided, indicating that, if the correction does not occur within the indicated period, it will be understood that you have withdrawn from your request, and a resolution will be issued to that effect in the terms provided in article 21 of the aforementioned Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
In the list that is published on the electronic headquarters, the CIF and name of the applicant Club are shown with the codes of the documentation to be corrected. Likewise, at the end of the document is the legend of each of the required codes. Sports entities have 5 business days to make the correction.
