The Arrecife City Council has enabled two new offices for the issuance of registration certificates, which until now could only be done at the Town Hall, "with the aim of streamlining the system and shortening waiting times for citizens."
Since October 31, citizens can receive registration certificates at the UTS Centro office, under the Social Services area, located at Doctor Negrín Street number 114.
In addition, starting this Tuesday, November 8, they will also be issued at Chupadero Street, corner of La Geria without number, in the Maneje neighborhood.
On the other hand, the Council states that it is "working" to issue certificates in another of the offices of the Arrecife City Council, in this case in the one located on Rambla Medular, number 99, second floor door A. "It is estimated that this office will be operational in the coming weeks," they advance.
"We were very concerned that residents had to wait too long to request a certificate, knowing that in many cases they urgently needed it and that, due to high demand, they did not get an appointment on a nearby date," says the mayor of Arrecife, Astrid Pérez.
Arrecife residents who wish to obtain a registration certificate can request an appointment through the official website of the Arrecife City Council.
