The Neighborhood Association of Titerroy has complained to the city council that in Onésimo Redondo and Tilama streets there are some loose security bollards on the sidewalk. The association also suggests that the city council technicians study the possibilities of painting all the bollards with a reflective color so that, at night, they are visible to both pedestrians and drivers. The complaint arises after last weekend the residents of the aforementioned street had a great scare when a car crashed into a tree, as can be seen in the image.

"How long will this neglect continue on the part of the City Council, without paying attention to the writings that are sent to it from the association?", they denounce from the association, where they are concerned about the lack of concern of the city council, which for the moment has not made the improvements that the residents of Titerroy have been requesting in numerous writings for their neighborhood. According to them, to date none of the improvements requested in several communications have been made.
