The usual water supply returns to Lanzarote and La Graciosa

Regarding the data provided by the company this Thursday, the eventual supply suspensions in the affected towns or areas of the entire island have ended.

This Thursday, the usual water supply has returned to Lanzarote and La Graciosa, as reported by Canal Gestión. After the cuts suffered during this week, in which more than twenty towns were without water since last Tuesday.

Regarding the data provided by the company this Thursday, the eventual supply suspensions in the affected towns or areas of the island have ended: in Charco del Palo (Haría), Los Valles, Los Cocototeros, Mozaga, Soo, Tao, Tiagua and Muñique (Teguise), in Tinajo town, El Cuchillo, La Santa, La Vegueta and Mancha Blanca (Tinajo), in El Islote, La Florida and Güime (San Bartolomé), Mácher, La Asomada, Conil, Tegoyo and Masdache (Tías) and Uga (Yaiza).

Also noteworthy are the usual restrictions in areas supplying drinking water for agricultural purposes from Yé to Mirador del Río, in the farms of Guinate to Máguez, El Raso, Temisa, Las Quemadas, El Castillejo, Los Lajares, Trujillo, Los Llanos, Las Rosas, and El Canto in Arrieta, in Haría. In San Bartolomé, Las Cuevas, El Islote and La Caldera. In the areas: El Majuelo, the cemetery area, the road from Teguise to Famara, Vega de San José in the municipality of Teguise.

In addition, the historical restrictions in areas supplying drinking water for domestic purposes have occurred in Costa-Tajaste, Los Roferos and La Vegueta, in Tinajo. Also in the Pedro Barba area, on the island of La Graciosa.

Also, last Tuesday, Canal Gestión reported that "almost a dozen locations" were going to suffer reductions in water pressure or flow. Among those were: Máguez, Arrieta, Punta Mujeres, Órzola, La Villa, Guatiza, Nazaret, Famara, Arrecife and Puerto Calero, which were the areas that were affected.
