More than twenty towns continue without water this Tuesday in Lanzarote

Likewise, Canal Gestión reports that almost a dozen locations will suffer reductions in water pressure or flow

The company in charge of water management in Lanzarote, Canal Gestión, has reported new water cuts in more than twenty points in Lanzarote, which are added to the reduction of pressures in the other localities affected since Monday night after the electrical blackout suffered on the island.

"The production of drinking water on the island has been totally affected", Canal Gestión announced in a statement issued on its website on Tuesday morning and which has been updated after 12:00 hours.

In Haría there is a cut in the supply in Charco del Palo. Thus, in particular, in the municipality of Teguise, the supply has been cut to seven locations: Los Valles, Los Cocototeros, Mozaga, Soo, Tao, Tiagua and Muñique.

To continue, in the municipality of Tinajo there are five towns affected: Tinajo town, El Cuchillo, La Santa, La Vegueta and Mancha Blanca. 

In the case of San Bartolomé there are three: El Islote, La Florida and Güime. 

To continue in Tías are affected five villages: Mácher, La Asomada, Conil, Tegoyo and Masdache. While in Yaiza only Uga is affected.

Likewise, almost a dozen locations will suffer reductions in water pressure or flow. In this case, it is: Máguez, Arrieta, Punta Mujeres, Órzola, La Villa, Guatiza, Nazaret, Famara, Arrecife and Puerto Calero.
