On November 21, the specifications that will govern the administrative concession contract for the construction, conservation and exploitation of the Tías Sports Center were approved in plenary session. This Tuesday the project was presented to the media and according to the mayor of the municipality, José Juan Cruz Saavedra, it is expected that the work will be awarded next March. And the Tías Sports Center is already almost a reality.
The center will have an upper floor, where an urban spa, three massage rooms, a swimming pool, a sauna or a Turkish bath, among other facilities, will be located. And on the ground floor will be the accesses to the club, to the sports areas that will be located on the upper floor and to the indoor pool that will be built in the basement. In addition to this pool, a general and a cold pool will complete part of the aquatic offer of the sports center.
A complete project that has a Covered Pavilion, a Football Stadium and the Land where a sports building will be installed. In addition, it will have two squash courts, a multipurpose room, a weight training gym and the waiting and circulation area. The center, of a single volume, is projected on flexible, emblematic and modern spaces.
