The students of the Santa María de Los Volcanes Nazaret school attended the graduation ceremony, which was held last Friday, June 17. In a very emotional act, in which many could not contain their tears, the students celebrated the end of the school year and their farewell to this school, located in the center of Arrecife.
After spending more than ten years in this school, that is, from 1st grade of Primary to 4th grade of Secondary, the students said goodbye last Friday to their classmates and also to the teachers.
During the event, many dared to read a speech. The tutors of 4th year of ESO wanted to dedicate a few words to these young people, as did the director and the head of studies. In addition, several very well-made videos about life in this school were shown.
The act began with a mass in the schoolyard and ended with a cocktail in the assembly hall of the center. The children gave gifts to the teachers and school staff.
