The festivities of the town of Tahiche have come to an end. This Monday, July 26, the celebrations came to a golden close with a traditional lunch that began at 1:00 p.m. at the C.S.C Santiago El Mayor de Tahiche, the procession in honor of Santa Ana and the subsequent touch of humor with the theatrical performance of the group "El Riscadero".

The lunch became an endearing act for the elders of the town, as Grandparents' Day was celebrated with the participation of all the neighbors.

Later, it was time for the Eucharist and the procession. The mass began at 7:00 p.m., an event in which the neighbors participated and took out the image of Santa Ana, together with the Patron Saint Santiago Apóstol, as is already a tradition in the town.

And to put an end to these festivities, the town of Tahiche was able to enjoy a night of theater at the Socio-Cultural Center by the group "El Riscadero", made up of amateurs who drew numerous applause from the public.

Thus, with a good dose of humor, the festivities of Santiago Apóstol and Santa Ana in Tahiche came to an end, pending an excursion to the island of La Graciosa next Sunday, August 8.
