Maritime Rescue has rescued a boat near the coasts of Lanzarote, according to reports from the Lanzarote Emergency Consortium.
According to initial estimates, there were 49 people on board the boat and they appear to be in good health. They have been transferred to the Commercial dock where they have been treated by the Red Cross.
Once assisted, they were transferred to the Molina Orosa Hospital for various pathologies.
This is the seventh boat that has arrived in Lanzarote in the last week.
