Oswaldo Machín from Lanzarote won the II Young Designers Contest of the Canary Islands, which was held on Thursday night, the 29th, at the newly opened Teatro Leal in La Laguna, on the Island of Tenerife, with more than five hundred guests.

The collection that Machín presented, had the suggestive title "Mobile Nature". It was created from three basic concepts: the popular architecture of Lanzarote, the most avant-garde and futuristic work of César Manrique, and "eco-fashion", and earned him general applause and victory among the seven participants in the contest.

From this catwalk, the colors proposed for next summer 2010 will be greens as a unifying color in whites and blacks. And red for the accessories, which become important to create a "total look".
