Lanzarote registered this Thursday 15 more positive cases of coronavirus and two new hospital admissions. Thus, the number of active cases on the island amounts to 139.
There are already seven patients admitted to the Molina Orosa Hospital, six on the covid ward and one in the ICU. The remaining 132 are in home isolation.
Among the active cases, 60 are local and 26 are imported, while there are 53 pending confirmation of origin.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, there have been 242 accumulated cases of coronavirus in Lanzarote, which has registered 86.7 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days.
