The Aemet recorded wind gusts of up to 90 kilometers per hour in La Graciosa this Saturday

The alert for wind and haze will be in effect until noon this Monday, while the alert for waves will be in effect until 2:00 p.m. this Sunday.

The wind reached 90 kilometers per hour this Saturday in La Graciosa. This is reflected in the data from the State Meteorological Agency, whose alert for winds and haze in Lanzarote will remain active until noon this Monday. In addition, the alert for coastal phenomena has also been added and will be in effect until 2:00 p.m. this Sunday.

Although La Graciosa was the place that recorded the strongest gusts of wind, the values were also high in other parts of the island. In the municipality of Yaiza, for example, the maximum speed was 82.1 kilometers per hour, 78.5 in Tínajo or 66 kilometers per hour in Tías.
