A car overturned on Friday afternoon on the Arrecife ring road, as reported by the Emergency Consortium. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was able to get out on his own and did not require medical assistance.
The accident occurred at around 7:30 p.m. near the Disa gas station. After being alerted by the Emergency Coordination Center, agents of the Civil Guard, the Local Police, an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service and firefighters were dispatched.
The emergency teams placed the vehicle on its wheels, removed it from the traffic lanes and cleaned the road.
The Local Police and the Civil Guard were in charge of regulating traffic and carrying out the corresponding report.
