One dead and two injured of different consideration in a head-on collision of two cars on LZ-1, at kilometer 12, near Órzola in the municipality of Haría. The accident took place at approximately 8:00 p.m. this Sunday. At that time, the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received several alerts reporting that there had been a collision of two cars and the subsequent overturning of one of them on the aforementioned road and that there were several injured people.

Agents of the Civil Guard, firefighters, Civil Protection volunteers and two SUC ambulances, one medicalized and one basic life support, went to the scene. Upon arrival at the scene, SUC personnel could only confirm the death of one of the occupants of the vehicles due to the severity of the injuries he presented. He is a 54-year-old man, resident in Tinajo. The health personnel assisted the other two injured, a 25-year-old man who at the initial moment of assistance presented severe polytrauma and a 22-year-old girl who, at the initial moment of assistance, presented trauma to the legs of a less serious nature. Both were transferred in SUC ambulances to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
